My friend is so upset with her eye bags and dark eye circles. She got it after she stopped taking ambien, a prescription drug used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. She read about ambien side effects and so she got scared that’s why she stopped taking it. Because of that she had insomnia attacks again and her lack of sleep caused eye bags and dark eye circles. I just told her to switch to natural remedies instead.

Anyway, how about you? do you have eye bags and dark circle problems? I have gathered some notes on natural remedies, here are some of them:

Place brewed green tea bags on the eyes for a few minutes,  the caffeine reduces puffiness and tighten the skin around the eyes. It also decreases the dilation of the blood vessels under the eyes.

Use fresh tomato juice daily to treat dark under-eye circles inside and out. Mix 1/4 tsp. lemon juice, 1/8 tsp. salt and8-oz. glass of tomato juice. Add two fresh mint sprigs and drink one to two times per day.

Apply pounded potatoes wrapped in cheesecloth and apply them directly to your closed eyes. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with tepid water.

That’ it! Hope these simple tips help.
